Both. Most of our residential clients book recurring visits (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) at a flat per-visit rate, and we knock 10–15% off when you commit to a schedule. One-time deep cleans and Airbnb turnovers are priced per job based on size and scope. You always see the total before we start — no surprise add-ons.

Which cities and towns do you clean in?

We serve all of Southwest Florida: Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel Island, Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Iona, and Villas. If you are just outside that list, send us a message — we often travel a little further for the right fit.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

How do I schedule — and what if I need to reschedule?

What payment methods do you accept?
